How come you are priced way below many of your competitors?
We specialize in smaller events and work at keeping our overhead down.

Our most common tent size rentals are 20x20 through 20x80

Many other tent companies are only interested in the rental large tents since there is a higher profit margin and they have to cover their overhead

When you are comparing pricing with other companies be sure to ask: How much is delivery?, Does the price include set-up and take-down? Do I need to leave a security deposit on my credit card and when do I get it back?

Do I need to be home when my rentals are delivered?
It is recommended but not a necessity, if you are not going to be home or are uncertain, please make payment arrangements ahead of time and coordinate with our sales staff as to where you would like the equipment placed and or set up.

Will Events Party Rentals Set-Up our Tents?
Yes set-up is included. Although depending on the job site location there may be a delivery fee added on to the rental.

Also, in some instances a special or unusual installation may require an extra fee.

What Size Tent do I need?
We have a chart to give you an idea for sizing but we recommend calling our sales staff to go over exactly what will be covered within your tent.

Do we need a permit?
Each jurisdiction has different rules, you will need to consult with our sales staff on your particular region.

Do you set-up or break down after hours and if so how much if any extra does it cost?

Generally it is based on job size and location. Please consult a sales person on your particular situation for extra costs.

Can we install the tent ourselves?
No, our insurance mandates that all tents are to be professionally installed.

What is the difference between a Frame tent and a Pole tent?
A pole tent is a tension tent that is set up with interior poles to hold the top in place and must be staked into the ground.

A frame tent is a free standing tent with no interior poles and can be set-up on surfaces such as concrete.

Do you sell tents?
Yes we do and we will be happy to meet to discuss your tent purchasing needs.
We can also do custom graphics on any tent or side walls.
